Warranty, Service & Quality

Quality control

Every Inforce tool goes through a five-stage quality control process before it reaches a customer:

  • Prototype testing — new designs are validated against test samples before production begins.
  • Sample testing — tools are pulled at random from production runs and tested.
  • Durability assessment — each design is evaluated for service life and resistance to workload.
  • Batch acceptance testing — production samples from every batch are tested before the batch is accepted.
  • Benchmarking — finished products are checked against their specifications and compared with equivalent tools on the market.

Inforce tools and equipment are manufactured at a select group of production partners, including facilities in Taiwan and China, chosen and audited to meet these standards.

Design and engineering are developed in-house. Several Inforce tools carry proprietary, patented design features aimed at real-world durability and usability — including a reinforced dual-mount system on the back of tape measures, an enlarged ratchet handle for better grip and control, and a wrench head profile engineered to grip damaged or worn fasteners. Product development is also shaped directly by feedback from professional users, including partner teams who put the tools through demanding real-world conditions such as motorsport workshops.

Warranty

Inforce backs its tools and equipment with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 2 years up to a lifetime warranty, depending on the product category. This warranty applies internationally, wherever Inforce products are sold.

As with any manufacturer's warranty, coverage applies to manufacturing defects and functional failure under normal, intended use. It does not cover normal wear items (such as carbon brushes, blades, or other consumables), or damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or use outside the tool's intended purpose.

Service and support

Inforce warranty and repair service is available internationally through a network of authorized partner service centers. Every shipment of Inforce products includes the spare parts and consumables needed for standard repairs and maintenance, so partner centers can carry out warranty and post-warranty repairs locally without waiting on additional stock.

For service, repairs, or any warranty question, customers can reach the Inforce after-sales team directly at after-sales@skyline-tools.com, or contact their nearest authorized Inforce partner service center.

Certification

Inforce products carry the certifications required for the international markets they are sold in. Depending on the destination market and product category, this includes:

  • CE marking, for products sold in the European Union
  • The relevant Gulf conformity certification (such as the G-Mark / GCC Conformity Mark), for the UAE and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council region
  • SNI certification, for products sold in Indonesia
  • INMETRO certification, for products sold in Brazil

Certificates for a specific product or market are available on request through the after-sales contact above.
