Professional plunger grease gun with quick-release (hose + tube), 520 cc 08-09-17

This professional grease gun with a quick-release coupler (hose and tube supplied) delivers heavy grease under pressure for servicing vehicles, special-purpose machinery and industrial equipment. It is aimed at intensive use in service shops and workshops, where it offers high output and easy handling.

The gun runs on compressed air at a recommended inlet pressure of 5-10 bar, which makes greasing considerably faster than with a manual tool. Two pistons give a steady, rapid delivery of grease, raising productivity and reducing the load on the operator.

The gun is rated for a working pressure up to 290 atm, which is enough to service points with high resistance. The 520 cm3 cylinder allows long periods of work without frequent refills, which matters in intensive use.

The gun accepts 450 g cartridges and can also be filled with grease by hand, which makes it versatile in any working conditions. It is designed for greases up to NLGI 2, covering most automotive and industrial tasks.

Grease is delivered with every pull of the trigger, giving precise dosing and control over consumption. The one-hand design makes the work more comfortable and allows use in confined spaces.

A flexible hose 0.32 m long and a tube with a coupler are supplied, giving access to hard-to-reach grease points. The EURO quick-release connection and the 1/4 NPTF air inlet make the gun quick and easy to hook into an air system.

The body is made of strong, wear-resistant materials that stand up to mechanical damage and aggressive media. An air bleed valve prevents air locks and keeps delivery steady.

The gun suits bearings, joints, universal joints, hubs and other assemblies that need regular greasing. It is an efficient solution for service shops as well as for agricultural and construction machinery.
