The INFORCE 32-25-001 G-40 rebar bending machine is reliable and robust. Its internal parts carry a protective coating, and monitoring systems shut the motor down if it overheats. The thick work table takes considerable pressure. The operator can work with either the manual control or the foot pedal. The machine is designed to bend several bars at once, and the bend radius depends on the disc bushing selected.

• Multi-task controller: the electronic panel stores up to 10 different bend types. The Correction function adjusts the angle for a whole batch at a single press if the bar springs back slightly.
• Adjustable speed (5-10 rpm): the repositionable external gear block (33 and 23 teeth) lets you choose between low-speed, high-force bending of thick bars and a high-speed mode that greatly accelerates work on small diameters.
• Maximum load per cycle: the machine handles both a single bend on a heavy bar (up to 40 mm) and up to 8 thin bars in one stroke of the disc, multiplying output.
• Uncompromising reliability: the machine is protected against the key risks of a construction site. The controller has short-circuit protection on the pedal, and the powerful 4 kW induction motor is protected against overload by an internal contactor interlock and a mechanical guard.
